Thank you for the kind remarks you left on my blog (my horse passing). I had a chance today to look at your blog. It’s awesome. :)Good luck with everything. It sounds like you lead an exciting life.
It’s nice to meet you, Carey. I need to head back over to your blog and see what’s going on now, too. It’s funny how I found your blog to begin with: I’d heard that Chuck Norris came to Azle, and your blog was the only first person reference to it I could find. I’m glad you were able to meet him!
As for my life, I suppose it’s not really that exciting. I just have a tendency to get excited over the littlest of things! :)
Tui… your site is wonderful! I just read your post on Bleeding Espresso and you did a fantastic job! (and I’m not just saying that because I’m a Dallasite!!) I live in Torino now and you’ve just added to my homesickness. I’ve got some spots for you to visit (if you haven’t already).. i’ll send you an email with the info. Thanks again and I’ll definitely keep reading your blog!
Thank you for stopping by and giving me a howdy! I would love your input for places to explore in the Dallas area. In fact, I’m thinking of starting a blog all about my explorations around here. There is so much to see, do and eat! I recently learned that the DFW area has more restaurants per capita than NYC. ~Tui
Hey Tui! Good to find you again at your new blog. Looks amazing, btw! Looking forward to reading more about your life in Texas.
Milanese Masala: Thank you! Life’s good here in Texas. :) ~Tui
Hi Tui!
Your story is such an inspiration! I love what you write about travel being a state of mind. For years I’ve been a fan of Dan Price, author of The Moonlight Chronicles because his drawings seem to evoke this experience. I have much to learn from you and your blog and can’t wait to explore more!
hugs,
Adena
Hi Adena, I will have to check out Dan Price. I had not heard of him before. Thanks for your kind comments. I look forward to spending more time exploring An Artful Life. :) ~Tui
I wrote an entry on my blog about Paris & the cowboy hat and then kind of stumbled on you. Interestingly, I was born & raised in the Dallas area (Garland), but moved to Arkansas for a job just a few years ago. I now have a blog of my own that I write as a hobby. Anyway, I like your stuff and will be following it to see what you come up with next. It’s always nice to know somebody out there has enjoyed your writing! Real nice pic of the Eiffel Tower & hat btw. Take care & keep writing!
Ken
Thanks, Ken!
I took a quick peek at your blog. It’s beautiful! You have yourself a new follower, too. :)
